When World of Christmas set out to create a magical line of Christmas Decorations and Home Decor, we knew we couldn't do it without the help of some very important partners-you, our customers. World of Christmas is based on a magical connection with our customers. We understand our customers and only collect the information we may need to create a better shopping experience for you. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

We will make sure that your personal information is protected when it is sent outside of the World Of Christmas Group. We make sure our trusted service partners keep your personal information safe.

  1. DISCLOSURE

At World of Christmas we do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information collected through our “www.worldofchristmas.in” with third parties for our sole promotional purposes or as otherwise outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may share information with third party service providers contracted to provide services on our behalf for processing to provide your employment related services and benefits and other business purposes. These third party service providers may only use information we provide to them as requested and instructed by World of Christmas.

  1. World Of Christmas may disclose your Personal Information as we believe to be necessary or appropriate:

  1. SHOPIFY

Our World Of Christmas store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. 

5. Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit/debit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

World of Christmas ensures that our supplier employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security of information through legally binding terms and conditions. However, users of our “www.worldofchristmas.in” are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of any Workday websites.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

**If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

As is the case with many sites, when you visit our site and complete a registration form, we will place a "cookie" on your computer, which helps us identify you more quickly when you return.
