* To schedule an exchange please drop us an email within 48 hrs of receiving the package at email@example.com along with your order, exchange details and an image of the purchased product
* Replacement to be dispatched with 7 working days at no additional cost
* If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person
* Please Note: Ceramics are not refundable or exchangeable.
* In case of missing/damaged/broken items, we request you to kindly send an unboxing video to us within 48 hours, only then can we consider the case.
* Return/ Replacement is not applicable on bulk or corporate orders
* While exchanging the damaged/mishap products which are purchased, in case the products requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be stored as World Of Christmas Credit.
* Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
